Cancellation Policy:**

At MK Hair Studio, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to the need to reschedule or cancel appointments. We strive to accommodate our clients as much as possible while also maintaining the efficiency of our scheduling system. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. **Cancellation with More Than 24 Hours' Notice:**

   If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and provide us with more than 24 hours' notice, we will make every effort to find a more suitable time for you without any additional charges or questions.

2. **Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice:**

   If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we regretfully must apply a cancellation fee of 100% of your service cost. This fee covers the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
